Beauty of the Past, Preserved for the Present

Scan 1

Located in the historic Fort Ball district on the north side of the Sandusky River in Tiffin, Ohio, this picturesque beauty is truly a treasure from past years.  Built in 1847 by Erastus G. Bowe, this structure is one of the oldest standing brick homes in Seneca County.

Phillip and Rayella Engle, well known for their love of history and their penchant for preserving local heritage, have fully renovated the house and want to share its beauty.  In 2006, the Engles received a Preservation Award from Tiffin Historic Trust for their accomplishment.
